Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy Development:
  Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in Hong Kong and Taiwan.

• Market Analysis:
  Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive insights, leveraging this information to inform strategic decisions.

• Customer Relationship Management:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction while maximizing business opportunities.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure alignment on product launches and promotional activities.

• Performance Monitoring:
  Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

• Budget Management:

Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.

• Experience:
  7+ years of experience in commercial management or sales, with a proven track record in the FMCG or confectionery industry.

• Market Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets, including consumer behavior and competitive landscapes.

• Communication Skills:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
