Banking and Finance Lawyer F/M - Local Law Firm

Our client is a medium-sized law firm located in the heart of Luxembourg.

As part of the development of their team, the firm is seeking a lawyer specialized in Banking and Financial law.
The ideal candidate will be capable of managing complex financial transactions while providing strategic legal advice tailored to the clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial transactions in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Provide strategic and customized legal advice to meet clients’ diverse needs.
• Draft and review financial documents, including contracts and agreements.
• Maintain and develop relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and proactive communication.

Your profile:

• Master's degree in Law.
• At least 2 years of experience in Banking and financial law acquired in a law firm in Luxembourg.
• Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written.
• Appreciation for human-sized environments with a horizontal structure that fosters collaboration and personal initiative.
