Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a portfolio of local business strategies in Poland
- Build and scale the local organizational structure (Sales, Marketing, Medical)
- Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing cross-functional team
- Drive revenue growth and ensure achievement of financial targets
- Lead successful product launches and ensure launch excellence
- Collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders
- Establish and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders (KOLs, healthcare institutions)
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations and corporate standards
- Monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape, and trends
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven leadership experience (team management and/or business unit leadership)
- Track record of successfully building and growing a business (launch experience is a strong asset)
- Strong knowledge of the Polish pharmaceutical market, including reimbursement systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities
- Experience working in an international, matrix organization
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
