A leading asset management platform is seeking a Conducting Officer in charge of Fund Administration to oversee the operational and financial integrity of its Luxembourg-based funds.

Governance & Oversight
- Act as Conducting Officer for Fund Administration in line with AIFM requirements
- Ensure compliance with Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) regulations and internal governance frameworks
- Participate in Board and committee meetings and act as key contact for regulators, auditors and stakeholders
- Maintain a robust internal control framework
- Oversee fund administration activities (NAV, capital calls, distributions, investor reporting)
- Supervise and challenge external administrators and ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Monitor fund liquidity, cash flows and performance
- Oversee financial reporting and valuation processes, ensuring compliance with Lux GAAP / IFRS
- Oversee key service providers (administrators, depositaries, auditors, valuation agents)
- Ensure effective delegation, due diligence and ongoing performance monitoring
Profile
- Strong experience in Fund Administration / Fund Accounting, within an AIFM or ManCo in Luxembourg
- Solid knowledge of AIFM regulations and expectations from CSSF
- Experience in a senior governance role with exposure to Board or committees
- Ability to act as a Conducting Officer (or eligibility for CSSF approval)
- Strong expertise in Lux GAAP, NAV and financial reporting
- Experience overseeing third-party service providers
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- High level of ownership, integrity and decision-making ability
- Autonomous and comfortable in a fast-paced, regulated environment
