- Build and develop the sales function in Germany with a focus on the logistics sector (land, air, sea – segment agnostic)
- Identify and engage potential customers (e.g., freight forwarders, logistics providers,Supply Chain providers)
- Present the developed platform and its advantages
- Collaborate with the international team and report directly to senior management
- Attend client meetings, trade fairs, and industry events (e.g., Transport Logistic)
- Several years of experience in sales within the logistics industry (e.g., freight forwarding, logistics platforms like Flexport, FourKites, etc.)
- Strong understanding of logistics processes and technical solutions
- Active and well-established network within the logistics and freight industry, with the ability to immediately leverage existing contacts to initiate conversations and drive business opportunities at decision-maker level.
- Independent, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building something new
- Fluent in German and English
- A key role in building the German organization from the ground up
