Your Challenge

As a Technical Account Manager, you will act as the trusted advisor for your customers, helping them navigate complex technical and supply chain challenges. You will build strong partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and connect customers with the right technologies and solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with an existing portfolio of customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
  • Work closely with engineering, procurement, and decision-making teams to understand customer needs and challenges.
  • Advise customers on component selection, technology developments, and supply chain optimization.
  • Collaborate with leading suppliers to deliver innovative and competitive solutions.
  • Monitor market developments, pricing trends, and competitor activity to uncover opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams to ensure exceptional customer service and project execution.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth through a consultative and value-driven sales approach.

What You Bring

  • Experience in B2B technical sales, preferably within electronics, semiconductors, industrial automation, or a related technical environment.
  • A technical or commercial degree, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and a professional command of English.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Benelux region.
  • Valid driver's license.
