Chief Growth Officer, Asia

The Chief Growth Officer would lead regional commercial growth across Asia through strategic partnerships, market expansion and commercialization while working closely with the CEO.

• Develop regional commercial growth strategy.
• Expand into priority Asian markets.
• Build strategic partnerships and KOL relationships.
• Support commercialization of new products.
• Recruit and mentor regional commercial leaders.

• 15+ years of commercial leadership experience in IVF, reproductive medicine or related healthcare products.
• Demonstrated success across multiple Asian markets.
• High-growth or startup experience strongly preferred.
• Work closely with CEO and R&D Team.
