主要职责 / Key Responsibilities
供应商开发与采购管理 / Supplier Sourcing & Procurement
-识别并建立中国原料供应商关系 / Identify and build relationships with Chinese ingredient manufacturers
-谈判价格、MOQ、交期及合同 / Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and contracts
-收集供应商资质文件、COA、规格、认证及出口文档 / Obtain supplier documentation including COAs, specifications, certifications, and export paperwork
质量控制与供应商评估 / Quality Control & Supplier Verification
-协调工厂审核及第三方 QC / Coordinate factory audits and third-party quality checks
-现场评估供应商并确保产品一致性 / Conduct supplier visits and monitor product consistency
-解决供应链问题，确保交付和质量稳定 / Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, and compliance
供应链协调与物流支持 / Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination
-跟进生产计划与运输安排 / Track production schedules and shipments
-协助库存管理和交期预测 / Support inventory planning and lead time forecasting
-参与应急方案和备选供应商策略 / Support contingency planning and secondary sourcing
战略沟通与关系管理 / Strategic Communication & Relationship Management
-向全球管理团队汇报供应商、成本、风险和机会 / Report sourcing insights, cost trends, and risks to global management
-参加行业展会，建立供应链行业关系 / Represent the company at trade shows and industry events

任职要求 / Qualifications
必备条件 / Required
-3+ 年中国采购或供应链经验 / 3+ years sourcing or supply chain experience in China
-熟悉食品原料、添加剂或农业产品 / Experience with food ingredients, additives, or agricultural products
-英文流利，可与国际团队沟通 / Fluent in Mandarin and English
-熟悉 HACCP、ISO/FSSC、出口文件及 COA/规格 / Knowledge of HACCP, ISO/FSSC, export documentation, COAs/specifications
-可在中国境内出差 / Willing to travel in China as needed

-拥有现有原料供应商资源 / Existing relationships with ingredient manufacturers
-熟悉 FDA 或美国食品进口要求 / Experience working with U.S. food importers or FDA regulations
-有工厂审核及实验室测试协调经验 / Experience coordinating factory audits and lab testing
