We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, and high-impact Commercial Manager to spearhead our commercial strategy and operations in Taiwan. In this role, you will take full operational ownership across both Sales and Marketing.

- Develop and execute holistic commercial growth strategies aligning sales targets, marketing roadmaps, and channel mix to deliver top-line revenue and bottom-line margin. Monitor market dynamics, competitor benchmarks, regulatory shifts, and veterinary/pet industry trends to identify new growth vectors.
- Your mission will be to expand market share, strengthen brand equity, and drive sustainable revenue growth across three core pillars: Veterinary Channel/ Specialty Pet Retail/ E-Commerce & Digital Commerce (EC / D2C / Marketplaces)
- Steer integrated marketing campaigns, combining product launches, ethical educational seminars, consumer brand awareness, and point-of-sale merchandising.
- Lead, coach, and empower a cross-functional team of ~10 sales and marketing professionals.
- Establish clear KPIs, performance management routines, incentive frameworks, and capability-building programs.
- Foster a collaborative, high-accountability culture across traditional trade, professional detailing, and digital units.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Veterinary Medicine, or related discipline (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 8–10+ years of commercial, sales, and marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in people management / commercial leadership.
- Proven track record in the Animal Health, Pet Care, Human Consumer Healthcare (OTC), FMCG, or Medical Devices sector in Taiwan.
- Direct experience managing or overseeing Veterinary and Pet Specialty Retail distribution; solid literacy in Taiwan E-commerce ecosystem (Momo, Shopee, official webstores).
- Strong commercial acumen with full P&L, budget management, and contract negotiation experience.
- Native fluency in Mandarin Chinese; professional working proficiency in English
