Conducting Officer - Fund Administration F/M

A leading asset management platform is seeking a Conducting Officer in charge of Fund Administration to oversee the operational and financial integrity of its Luxembourg-based funds.
 
Key Responsibilities
Governance & Oversight

• Act as Conducting Officer for Fund Administration in line with AIFM requirements
• Ensure compliance with Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) regulations and internal governance frameworks
• Participate in Board and committee meetings and act as key contact for regulators, auditors and stakeholders
• Maintain a robust internal control framework

Fund Administration & Financial Oversight

• Oversee fund administration activities (NAV, capital calls, distributions, investor reporting)
• Supervise and challenge external administrators and ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Monitor fund liquidity, cash flows and performance
• Oversee financial reporting and valuation processes, ensuring compliance with Lux GAAP / IFRS

Service Provider Management

• Oversee key service providers (administrators, depositaries, auditors, valuation agents)
• Ensure effective delegation, due diligence and ongoing performance monitoring

 
Profile

• Strong experience in Fund Administration / Fund Accounting, within an AIFM or ManCo in Luxembourg
• Solid knowledge of AIFM regulations and expectations from CSSF
• Experience in a senior governance role with exposure to Board or committees
• Ability to act as a Conducting Officer (or eligibility for CSSF approval)
• Strong expertise in Lux GAAP, NAV and financial reporting
• Experience overseeing third-party service providers
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• High level of ownership, integrity and decision-making ability
• Autonomous and comfortable in a fast-paced, regulated environment
