Consumer Director – Consumer Electronics

A leading Consumer Electronics company is seeking a Consumer Business Director with strong experience managing end-to-end consumer businesses, combining strategic vision with solid commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall consumer business strategy, ensuring sustainable growth across E-commerce, Physical Retail, and Sell-In / Sell-Out operations.

• Define and execute commercial plans focused on profitability, inventory management, product rotation, and in-store visibility.

• Lead and develop management-level teams, fostering a high-performance culture, strong execution discipline, and data-driven decision making.

• Drive omnichannel alignment, ensuring consistency between digital platforms, physical retail, and commercial execution.

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, commercial partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring strong execution during peak commercial periods and product launches.

• Oversee commercial KPIs, demand planning, forecasting accuracy, and overall sell-out performance.

Profile Requirements

• Proven experience within Consumer Electronics, ideally managing portfolios that include products such as routers, modems, connectivity solutions, security cameras, smart home devices, or intelligent home appliances.

• Solid background leading E-commerce and Retail simultaneously, with a deep understanding of consumer-driven businesses.

• Demonstrated experience managing teams through managers, with a strong leadership and people development focus.

• Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented profile, capable of translating strategy into execution.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills at a senior level.

• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory, with the ability to communicate effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
