Our client, a fast-growing and innovative B2B SaaS company operating in the digital and technology space, is looking to strengthen its commercial team by hiring a SaaS Sales Executive to drive growth across European markets, with a strong focus on the DACH region.

This is a fully remote position based in Spain, offering significant autonomy and the opportunity to play a key role in the company’s international expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales activities for the company’s SaaS solutions within European markets, primarily targeting German-speaking clients.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.

  • Actively engage with prospects in German at native level, understanding their business needs and effectively communicating the product’s value proposition.

  • Operate in a hunter-oriented role, balancing inbound leads with proactive outbound activity (approximately 50% leads / 50% cold outreach).

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, opportunities, and pipelines within the CRM.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, operations, and onboarding) to ensure a smooth transition from sale to implementation.

Requirements

  • Native-level German, both spoken and written.

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales or digital product sales, ideally as an Account Executive or Sales Representative.

  • Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated success in closing deals and managing a high-volume pipeline.

  • Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Experience working with international clients and stakeholders.

  • Residency in Spain is mandatory (full remote role, but Spain-based).

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with short-to-mid sales cycles (typically 3–4 months).
