Global Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage Collaborative Design Manufacturer (CDM) suppliers and develop long-term supplier strategies in alignment with company goals.
• Oversee supplier management and negotiate pricing and contracts.
• Support GSM Sourcing Leads in developing and executing comprehensive supplier strategies.
• Drive cost reduction strategies and identify sourcing opportunities.
• Monitor market trends (e.g., component shortages) and act immediately to mitigate potential supply impact.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and internal partners.
• Ensure business continuity and risk mitigation strategies are in place.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

• Prefer 5-6 years of sourcing experience, especially in finished goods
• High proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work globally across regions (US, EMEA, AP).
• Experience in strategic sourcing and international procurement.
• Ability to understand market drivers and cost structures.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Proven track record in supplier and cost management.
• Knowledge of financial analysis related to sourcing.
