Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership:
  Lead application-related projects from conception to completion, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

• User Support and Training:
  Provide support and training to end-users, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively utilize IT applications.

• System Integration:
  Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of applications with existing systems, enhancing overall functionality and user experience.

• Performance Monitoring:
  Track application performance metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.

• Vendor Management:
  Manage relationships with software vendors and service providers, overseeing contracts and ensuring service levels are met.

• Documentation and Compliance:
  Maintain accurate documentation of application processes, configurations, and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.

• Experience:
  5+ years of experience in IT application management, with a proven track record in leading application projects within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

• Technical Proficiency:
  Strong understanding of application development methodologies, database management, and IT infrastructure.

• Analytical Skills:
  Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to interpret technical data and develop actionable insights.

• Communication Skills:
  Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  Proven leadership capabilities, with experience in managing project teams and driving performance improvements.
