IT Manager F/M - Family Office

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and coordinate IT infrastructure and services across offices in Luxembourg, London, and Geneva, with exposure to operations in Spain and Singapore. This is a strategic role within a dynamic, high-standards, and employee-focused environment.

Your role:

• Lead IT infrastructure management (servers, networks, storage, security, backups)
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, licensing, security)
• Manage SaaS platforms and user access (Proactis, Declaree, Monday.com, BambooHR, etc.)
• Oversee IT fleet, maintenance, cybersecurity, GDPR compliance, and business continuity
• Drive IT projects, including ERP implementation, infrastructure upgrades, and new digital solutions
• Advise senior management on technology strategy and vendor management

 
Your profile:

• 8+ years in IT management in demanding environments (Family Office, Private Banking, Consultancy, Financial Services, or Start-ups)
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, SaaS, and ERP implementation
• Solide knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection best pratices
• Highly discreet, autonomous, service-oriented, and comfortable in a multicultural environment
• Fluent in English, French, and Spanish
