Our client is boutique immigration investment consulting firm. They are currently looking for a Head of Sales to drive commercial success and operations for our investment immigration portfolio in China and Southeast Asia. Act as the key link between global HQ development and regional B2B networks, leading sales, marketing, and project teams to achieve revenue targets and seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Revenue/ Sales Team Management: Lead BD team to hit sales goals via B2B channels (agents, wealth managers, law firms); manage regional strategy and key partnerships.

  • Marketing Execution: Oversee localized activities like seminars, webinars, social media, and events; align with global brand while adapting for local audiences.

  • Project Operations: Develop sales kits and materials; transition leads to sales; ensure smooth handover to global project phases.

  • Operations & Alignment: Connect regional offices with HQ; enforce CRM reporting for performance visibility.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in investment immigration (RCBI), real estate investment, or private wealth management.

  • Proven leadership of sales, marketing, and operations teams.

  • Deep knowledge of B2B agents in China and SEA .

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.

  • Hands-on execution to deliver local results from global strategies.

  • Strong B2B relationship and network management.
