About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for building scalable backend systems, improving system performance, and contributing to technical decisions that drive product growth.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services.

• Improve existing systems through refactoring, optimization, and engineering best practices.

• Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and code reviews.

• Collaborate with product teams and international engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience.

• Strong understanding of OOP and software engineering principles.

• Proficiency in Java or other backend programming languages.

• Experience with relational databases, caching, Git, and CI/CD.

• Experience with microservices or large-scale systems is a plus.

• Strong product mindset and system design capability.

• Good English communication skills for international collaboration.
