Senior Consultant Avaloq (F/H)

We are partnering with a service provider specialized in the digital transformation of financial services. In a context of strong growth, we are looking for a Senior Avaloq Consultant. You will support international financial institutions in the design, evolution, and implementation of Avaloq solutions, acting as a key interface between business needs and technological solutions. You will contribute to strategic core banking transformation programs.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead interactions with stakeholders and ensure alignment on business needs.

• Structure and facilitate workshops, clarify priorities, and guide decision‑making.

• Support business teams in formalizing requirements and defining priorities.

• Translate business needs into functional and system requirements.

• Draft clear, structured, and solution‑oriented specifications.

• Conduct gap analyses and propose design options.

• Contribute to the design of Avaloq workflows and required customizations.

• Participate in end‑to‑end implementation projects, from analysis to go‑live.

• Identify optimization opportunities and support the preparation of proposals.

Profile Sought: 

• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience in financial services.

• Strong command of Avaloq.

• Fluent English is essential.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong ability to interact with diverse stakeholders (business, IT, management).
