The Role
Join the Wet Etch & Cleans Engineering Organization as a Senior NPD Engineer. In this role, you will design and develop innovative liquid filtration products that support the next generation of semiconductor manufacturing. You will work on cutting-edge technologies and collaborate globally to deliver high-impact technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead NPD Projects: Drive products from initial concept through to full commercialization.

Optimize Performance: Use Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical analysis to enhance filter performance.

Global Collaboration: Partner with international technical teams and customers to ensure product alignment.

Technical Reporting: Create and present clear, data-driven reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Mentorship: Guide and coach junior engineers to foster technical growth across teams.

Thought Leadership: Publish and present technical findings at internal and external conferences.

Travel: Support global projects with occasional travel (up to 10%).
What Makes a Strong Candidate?

Education: Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science.

Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with DOE and proficiency in statistical tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab, PowerBI).

Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Communication: Excellent English skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Experience:

Familiarity with semiconductor processes (Wet Etch and Cleans).
