  • Architecture & Topology Research: Evaluate and deploy the latest semiconductor devices, design topologies, and firmware control algorithms to ensure top-tier performance.

  • Simulation & Analysis: Perform rigorous calculations and multi-domain simulations covering schematic designs, magnetics, and thermal management.

  • Prototype to Production: Build fully functional, mature prototypes (reference designs) for internal and external demonstrations, ensuring a seamless handoff to product design teams to accelerate mass production and reduce time-to-market.

  • Technical Consultation: Support product engineering teams by conducting comprehensive design reviews and performing root-cause analysis to resolve complex design challenges.

  • Executive & Market Engagement: Partner with sales, marketing, and executive leadership to present next-generation technologies and deliver impactful live product demonstrations.

  • Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with leading vendors to identify, evaluate, and drive the adoption of cutting-edge components and devices.

The Experience & Skills We Are Looking For

  • Industry Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience in power electronics, specifically focused on high-power architectures for server and data center environments. Direct experience with Solid-State Transformers (SST) or server Power Supply Units (PSUs) is highly advantageous.

  • Communication Excellence: Fluent in English with exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into strategic business insights.

  • Interpersonal Savvy: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multicultural teams and converse comfortably with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
