Our client, a financial services organization strongly committed to innovation and technological advancement, is looking to hire the person who will lead the Infrastructure Department. This is a strategic role within the Technology function, reporting directly to the CIO and playing a key part in shaping the organization’s technology roadmap.

🔧 Main Responsibilities

• Team Management: Lead, develop, and guide the technical team, promoting a culture focused on excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate and optimize relationships with technology partners, ensuring service-level compliance and efficient resource management.
• Infrastructure and Operations: Oversee the operation, maintenance, and evolution of corporate environments, ensuring performance, stability, and risk protection.
• Technology Transformation: Drive the adoption of cloud solutions, DevOps practices, and modern operating models that enhance agility and efficiency.
• Technology Governance: Define and implement control frameworks, standards, and policies that support an infrastructure aligned with the overall IT strategy.

🧩 Professional Profile

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• More than 10 years of experience leading infrastructure functions, with direct involvement in modernization, migration, and high‑availability environment management projects.
• Fluent in English & Spanish
• Key Competencies:
