Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Application Manager to drive the development and deployment of advanced AI solutions within semiconductor manufacturing and R&D environments. This role will focus on leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Multi-agent systems to enhance process optimization, yield improvement, equipment maintenance, and engineering productivity.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with project leadership capabilities to translate business needs into scalable AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of AI application projects in semiconductor manufacturing (Fab), testing, and R&D domains

• Design and develop applications based on Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., knowledge assistants, document analysis, engineering copilots)

• Architect and implement Multi-agent systems to enable complex task orchestration and automated decision-making

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including process, equipment, IT, and data engineering teams to define AI use cases

• Evaluate and integrate leading AI/LLM platforms (e.g., OpenAI, open-source models), including model selection and optimization

• Build and manage data pipelines and vector databases to support AI applications

• Oversee deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization (MLOps / LLMOps)

• Manage internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery

• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and drive innovation within semiconductor applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in software development or AI application development, with project or team management experience

• Hands-on experience in LLM application development (e.g., RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning)

• Experience designing and implementing Multi-agent systems (e.g., AutoGen, LangGraph, or similar frameworks)

• Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow

• Strong understanding of API design and microservices architecture

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the semiconductor industry (process, equipment, EDA, or yield analysis)

• Familiarity with manufacturing systems such as MES, SPC, or FDC

• Proven experience deploying Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments

• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)

• Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps practices (CI/CD, automation, monitoring)

• Experience with big data processing and data engineering

• Understanding of data security and compliance requirements
