Freelance CISO Project Lead F/M (1 day per week)

We are looking for an experienced cybersecurity leader to drive the delivery of our cyber strategy and animate a high‑level CISO community across Europe.

What You’ll Do

• Finalize and operationalize the cyber strategic plan.
• Lead and coordinate delivery of cyber initiatives with Member cyber teams (no line management).
• Structure and run the CISO community, ensuring high‑value collaboration and execution.
• Build governance tools, track progress, and manage program reporting.
• Identify and create high‑value content, frameworks, and shared assets for Members.
• Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up for cyber governance committees.

Who You’ll Work With

• Direct report to the CEO.
• Close collaboration with CISOs and cyber teams across Europe.
• Interaction with internal teams on adjacent strategic topics.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• Strong project/program management or partnerships background.
• End-to-end delivery capabilities in cross-functional environments.
• Solid understanding of cyber governance, risk, resilience, and operations.
• Hands-on, pragmatic mindset with change management skills.
