Fund Structuring & Corporate Finance Analyst F/M

You've spent 3 years in audit or accounting in Luxembourg. Now you want to be on the deal side. This is exactly that role.
 
Our client is a boutique advisory firm at the heart of Luxembourg's private equity market  founded by former corporate bankers, with 150+ transactions and over €20 billion in enterprise value delivered. Small team, big deals, real exposure.
 
Your responsibilities

• Structure Luxembourg investment vehicles and alternative investment funds
• Analyse fund, holding and acquisition structures from legal, tax and accounting perspectives
• Execute transactions: acquisitions, disposals, refinancings and reorganizations
• Coordinate with law firms, tax advisors, auditors, fund administrators and banks
• Contribute to M&A advisory and financial engineering assignments
• Prepare board documentation and investor reporting materials

 
Your profile

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Tax
• 3+ years of experience in Luxembourg in Accounting, Audit, Big 4 or Corporate Finance
• Strong accounting background, essential for this role
• Knowledge of corporate taxation and international structures, a plus
• Advanced Excel and sharp analytical skills
• English mandatory | French will make a real difference | Italian or other European languages a plus
• Rigorous, proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
