Account Manager (F/M)

Our client is a fast-growing international insurtech company.
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to support their growth and expand their presence in Flanders notably and across Belgium.
 
In this B2B role, you will be responsible for developing a portfolio of brokers, with a focus on cyber insurance solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping businesses understand and mitigate digital risks while driving commercial growth.
 
Key responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B relationships.
• Develop new business opportunities, particularly in the Flemish market.
• Promote and sell cyber insurance products tailored to client needs.
• Provide expert advice on cyber risk coverage and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal underwriting and product teams.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Profile:

• Experience in B2B insurance, ideally with exposure to cyber or specialty lines.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record in business development.
• Fluent in Dutch and French (both required); English is a plus.
• Good understanding of the Belgian insurance market.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Autonomous, proactive, and results-driven.
