- Lead the financial planning cycle, including Annual Operating Plan, forecasting, and monthly financial reviews, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Partner closely with Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Category teams to provide financial insights, evaluate business opportunities, and support pricing, promotion, product launch, and investment decisions.
- Monitor sales performance, gross margin, trade investment, and operating expenses, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to deliver financial commitments.
- Drive profitability improvement through financial analysis, ROI evaluation, revenue growth managemen, and productivity initiatives.
- Provide decision support through scenario modeling, business case analysis, and post-investment reviews for commercial initiatives and customer investments.
- Lead monthly performance reviews, variance analysis, and financial reporting, delivering actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with regional and global finance teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting and compliance with corporate policies and financial controls.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to improve financial processes, planning capabilities, and business performance.
- Serve as the delegate for the Finance Director when required and provide day-to-day financial leadership to the business.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
