China Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage product portfolio for assigned territory, including product data, launches/withdrawals, and presentations.
• Assist the sales team through customer visits, technical support, pricing guidance, and market information collection.
• Serve as the local point of contact for price negotiations, sales strategy execution, market intelligence, and stakeholder communication.
• Conduct business monitoring through internal meetings, market benchmarking, and KPI tracking.
• Provide management with reports and development proposals.
• Support the TNI team with product roll-outs and sales.

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5-8 years of experience in Specialty Chemical distribution with a proven sales record.
• Strong market knowledge, with entrepreneurial spirit and excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and structured individual.
• Proficient in MS Office, Lotus Notes, and Sales Force.
• Aligns with group values; fluent in local language and English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
