Head IT Business Apps

Our client is undergoing a strategic organizational transformation, shifting from a centralized, function-led global structure to a decentralized model based on regions.
  1.  Lead deployment and optimization of business systems (ERP, CRM, Data Architecture, BI).
2.  Ensure integration of IT applications across the Americas region.
3.  Align IT roadmap with business priorities.
4.  Drive ERP standardization and harmonization.
5.  Ensure system reliability and performance.
6.  Support digital transformation initiatives.
7.  Manage application lifecycle and upgrades.
8.  Coordinate with global IT (HQ) on standards and globally rolled out solutions.
9.  Ensure user adoption and training.
10.  Manage external IT vendors and partners.
11.  Deliver projects on time and within budget.
12.  Support data and analytics infrastructure.
13.  Ensure cybersecurity compliance and other IT topics globally centralized
14.  Optimize IT costs and efficiency.
15.  Act as bridge between IT and business teams, partnering closely with the Head of Digital & Data.

• 10–12 years in IT applications / systems leadership
• Strong ERP experience (SAP or equivalent)
• Experience in multi-country deployments
• Business-oriented (not purely technical)
• Hands-on and pragmatic
• Strong project and vendor management
• Budget-responsible and results-driven

• ERP leadership — SAP or equivalent, multi-country rollout (critical)
• Business process expertise: finance, supply chain, sales flows
• Systems integration & architecture alignment
• Program & project management (large deployments) and vendor / SI management
• User adoption & change management
• Governance & standardization mindset

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
• Strong functional exposure (finance / operations) highly valuable
• Certifications in SAP, PMP, or Agile — a plus
• MBA beneficial for business-facing leadership scope
• Solid experience in Brazil (Finance) — a real plus
• Portuguese language skills — a plus
