MSL

For our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join their team. 

Responsibilities 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders in academic and community settings within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute territory plans aligned with EMEA, CEE, and global Medical Affairs strategies.
• Communicate emerging scientific and clinical data related to products.
• Deliver medical and scientific presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with research institutions and support medical inquiries, research activities, and clinical trials.
• Support medical communications, publications, and the IST process.
• Represent company at scientific congresses and meetings.
• Maintain expertise in the therapeutic area and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Provide local medical support for Market Access, pricing, reimbursement, and complaints as needed.

• Advanced degree preferred (MD, PhD, PharmD).
• Proven experience as an MSL; hematology/oncology (breast cancer) experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare environment, therapy access, and compliance (EFPIA/INFARMA).
• Experience with product launches or as a therapeutic expert preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel extensively (75%).
