About the Role
- We are seeking a strategic and commercially focused HR leader to lead the people agenda across Thailand and Vietnam. As a key member of the Country Leadership Team, you will partner with business leaders to translate organizational priorities into effective people strategies that drive growth, workforce performance, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
- This role provides overall leadership for Human Resources and Office Management, overseeing all aspects of talent, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, rewards, compliance, HR operations, and workplace experience across both countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Managing Director and senior leadership team to align people strategy with business objectives.
- Lead workforce planning, organizational design, restructuring, and productivity initiatives across multiple functions and locations.
- Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture while strengthening retention, internal mobility, and leadership capability.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll governance, and HR operations to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, investigations, disciplinary matters, and labor law compliance.
- Ensure adherence to employment legislation, company policies, and governance standards across Thailand and Vietnam.
- Lead HR transformation, process improvement, digitalization, and people analytics initiatives to enhance decision-making and operational effectiveness.
- Manage and develop HR teams while building strong partnerships with regional and global stakeholders.
- Oversee office administration and workplace services to ensure a safe, productive, and engaging work environment.
What We're Looking For
- 12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including senior leadership responsibilities.
- Proven success supporting business leaders in large, complex, multi-site organizations.
- Strong expertise in business partnering, organization development, workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Experience leading change, transformation, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Sound knowledge of Thailand labor legislation; exposure to Vietnam labor practices is advantageous.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance business priorities, people needs, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Regional or multi-country HR experience within Southeast Asia is highly desirable.
- Experience in services, hospitality, facilities management, outsourcing, food services, or other labor-intensive industries is preferred.
