Our client in this search is a global manufacturer of Air Compressor.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate annual marketing objectives and implementation plans in accordance with company requirements.
- Achieve departmental annual sales targets, accounts receivable collection, contract fulfillment, and cost control goals.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers within the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
- Develop annual brand promotion plans and event schedules based on the company's brand development strategy.
- Ensure international business operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure synergy between international business and other departments.
- Analyze and report on business performance within the APAC air compressor market and provide strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in International Trade, International Business Management, or related fields are preferred.
- 5–8+ years of experience in APAC market sales, distributor development, and maintenance within the construction machinery/heavy equipment industry, with a proven track record of strong sales performance.
- Extensive business experience in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, including market development and distributor/agent management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with multicultural teams and clients.
- Insight into APAC market dynamics and trends, with strong familiarity with international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in English; fluency in other Asia language is a plus.
- Good in computer operations and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other systems.
- Strong teamwork and business development capabilities; highly self-motivated with excellent collaborative spirit, independence, and a proactive, innovative mindset.
