Job Title: CFO
Location: Taipei, Taiwan
Report to: CEO based in the US

 

Job Summary
A California-based biotechnology innovator specializing in head and neck cancer treatments (drug + device) is launching its Taiwan operations. We are seeking a CFO to be their foundational hire in Taiwan and lead the company toward a 2027 IPO in Taiwan.
Job Scope:

• IPO Roadmap: Lead the full listing process for the Taiwan Stock Exchange in 2027.
• Entity Setup: Act as the first local hire, building and managing a core team in Taiwan.
• Global Liaison: Ensure financial integration and reporting between the Taiwan office and the US headquarters.

Key Requirements:

• IPO Track Record: Successful experience leading a Taiwan IPO within the last 5 years.
• Communication: Fluent in English and Mandarin for frequent collaboration with the US board.
• Leadership: A "builder" mindset with the trustworthiness to operate independently.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of Taiwan capital markets and biotech regulatory environments.
