Job Purpose
Coordinate, centralize and support the effective functioning of Compliance Monitoring, across the Compliance Department, the Management System and the operational areas involved in regulatory, training, documentation, audit and authority-related processes, in accordance with applicable EASA/AESA requirements, company standards, Management System procedures, audit program commitments and internal coordination needs, in order to ensure regulatory compliance, operational consistency, reliable follow-up, continuous improvement and effective support to the organization’s safety and compliance obligations.
Tasks & responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for Compliance Monitoring projects and initiatives, ensuring everything runs smoothly from planning through to completion. Coordinate stakeholders, track progress, and keep priorities aligned.

Manage communication and regulatory interactions with AESA, EASA, and other authorities, handling submissions, documentation, deadlines, and follow-ups while working closely with auditors and operational teams.

Create and maintain clear and engaging Compliance communications (articles, updates, bulletins), making sure information is accessible and relevant across the organization.

Keep the Management System Manual and all Compliance documentation accurate, structured, and audit-ready at all times.

Organize and facilitate Compliance meetings, preparing agendas, materials, and minutes, and ensuring actions are clearly tracked and followed up.

Maintain and continuously improve the Management System platform, overseeing workflows, records, permissions, and action tracking to support day-to-day Compliance activities.

Coordinate Compliance training across teams, including planning sessions, managing logistics, tracking certifications, and supporting delivery when needed.
- Keep audit tools and materials up to date, ensuring alignment with current EASA, AESA, and internal requirements.
Requirements
Academic background

Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Management or a similar technical field, providing a solid foundation to understand flight operations, safety, and the regulatory environment.

A technically skilled aviation professional with good industry awareness, strong integrity, and the confidence to raise and challenge compliance matters when needed.
Experience
-
Around 2 years of experience in airline operations, with a good understanding of day-to-day challenges, procedures, and the operational environment.

Additional experience or development (around 1 year) to reach full independence in the role, including the ability to perform audits and compliance checks autonomously and gain in-depth knowledge of company-specific requirements.

Solid awareness of operational realities and constraints, helping to work effectively with different teams and areas.
Skills

Good understanding of EASA regulations and relevant safety standards to ensure processes and audits meet regulatory requirements.

Familiar with audit practices and quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001), supporting structured and effective compliance assessments.

Comfortable working within Management Systems, including documentation control, workflows, records, and follow-up of actions.
