DeFi | Product Manager | Fully remote

About the Role

We are hiring a Product Manager to join a fast-growing Web3 team building a decentralized financial platform focused on lending, liquidity, and cross-chain asset management. The product is already gaining strong traction in its ecosystem and is now expanding toward a multi-chain DeFi infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle (strategy → execution → growth)
• Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams
• Define roadmap, write specs, and drive feature delivery
• Analyze user behavior and optimize product performance
• Support integrations and ecosystem partnerships

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of Product Manager experience (DeFi/blockchain preferred)
• Solid understanding of DeFi (lending, DEX, liquidity, cross-chain)
• Experience building and scaling complex products
• Strong ownership, communication, and problem-solving skills
