Enterprise Recruitment Representative – International Education | Mexico / LATAM 📍

A global EdTech platform specialized in connecting international students, recruitment partners, and higher education institutions is looking for an Enterprise Recruitment Representative to drive enrollment growth across LATAM, with a strong focus on Mexico.

This position plays a key role in representing a U.S.-based university (e.g. Saint Leo University – Florida), developing strategic relationships with educational agents, and driving student applications through a well-established B2B partner network.

The role combines relationship management, international education, and commercial execution, working closely with recruitment partners and institutional stakeholders to increase enrollment outcomes and expand regional presence.

Who are you?

  • Professional with experience in international education, student recruitment, or university representation.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. education system, including admissions processes and program structures.
  • Experience in B2B relationship management, ideally working with agents, partners, or intermediaries.
  • Background in sales, account management, or business development with a consultative approach.
  • Comfortable working in a highly autonomous, field-based role with strong ownership.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both partners and students.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot or similar).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Dynamic, relationship-driven profile with strong execution and adaptability.

What will you do?

  • Represent a U.S.-based university in LATAM, promoting academic programs and driving student enrollment.
  • Develop and manage relationships with educational recruitment partners (agents).
  • Execute recruitment strategies aligned with enrollment targets.
  • Conduct high-volume partner engagement (5–8 visits per day).
  • Train partners on programs, admission requirements, and processes.
  • Participate in education fairs, events, and targeted presentations.
  • Generate student interest and support the full journey: lead → application → enrollment.
  • Act as a key liaison between institutional stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing) to support partner needs and resolve issues.
  • Promote adoption of tools and services to enhance partner performance.
  • Manage and track all activity through CRM systems.
  • Organize and deliver webinars, workshops, and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in international education, recruitment, or B2B commercial roles.
  • Strong understanding of enrollment processes and student recruitment strategies.
  • Experience managing partners or external stakeholders.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and performance tracking.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • High level of autonomy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced English (mandatory).
  • Willingness to travel extensively (15–20 days per month).
