Morgan Philips is partnered with a renowned-brand and fast-growing technology firm at a pivotal stage of transformation, looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Corporate Communications to shape how we communicate—internally and externally—during a period of rapid evolution.

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, culture, and reputation. You will be responsible for driving clear, consistent, and impactful communications across the organisation, while also managing our external narrative with media, stakeholders, and the public.

What You’ll Do

• Lead internal communications—ensure employees understand business direction, changes, and priorities
• Partner with leadership to turn strategy into clear, simple messaging
• Manage communications during change (e.g. growth, restructuring, new initiatives)
• Oversee media relations, press releases, and corporate announcements
• Plan and run media events and key external engagements
• Lead crisis communications and protect company reputation

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in corporate communications within large or fast-growing companies (e.g. PLCs)
• Strong internal communications background, especially during periods of change
• Comfortable managing media, press, and external messaging
• Proven ability to handle sensitive or high-pressure situations
• Clear, concise communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Mandarin-speaking would be a plus - for communicating with external stakeholders.
