We are looking for an experienced Plant Director to lead a complex manufacturing operation, driving performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Operations Director, the successful candidate will be accountable for the overall performance of the facility, ensuring operational reliability, safety, efficiency, quality, and overall business performance. This role requires a proven manufacturing leader capable of managing complex operations, driving performance improvement, and developing the organizational capabilities required to support future operational requirements.

Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline. A postgraduate qualification in Operations Management, Manufacturing, or Business Management will be highly valued.
• Minimum 9 years of leadership experience managing manufacturing operations.
• Proven experience leading complex manufacturing sites with full operational and financial responsibility.
• Strong track record of delivering operational improvements and driving performance in demanding industrial environments.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing plant budgets, capital investments, and P&L responsibility.
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, maintenance management, asset reliability, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities, with a proven ability to build, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach and the ability to operate effectively in complex and dynamic environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.
