Mission:

  • Design power electronics for embedded systems.
  • Understand technical requirements and define solutions.
  • Design and simulate DC-DC power systems.
  • Design and simulate DC motor subsystems.
  • Create schematics.
  • Support post-design/layout activities.
  • Assist validation activities on test benches.
  • Aid testing activities.
  • Analyze test results and prepare reports.
  • Prepare design documentation.
  • Conduct design reviews with clients.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Engineering, preferably Electronics, with a strong foundation in analog power electronics design.
  • 2-4 years of experience in DC-DC converter design.
  • 2-4 years of experience in magnetic design (winding/planar).
  • 2-4 years of experience in control/stability analysis of systems/converters.
  • Knowledge of active/passive motor sensors (resolvers, position sensors, limit switches, encoders, etc.).
  • Knowledge of EMC design and analysis.
  • Proficient in design tools: OrCAD, Pspice, Simplix/Simetrix, Mentor Graphics, DxDesigner.
  • Fluent English is required; French proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience in Brush DC, BLDC, and stepper motors design and closed-loop control is valuable.
  • Knowledge in analog acquisition design and digital design (TC/TM) is a plus.
  • Experience with MATLAB/Simulink and programming is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of space standards (ECSS) and electronic interface standards is preferred.
