Sr. Controller of Finance & Accounting-Manufactory

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Lead the annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecast processes, with a strong focus on manufacturing cost structures and operational drivers.
• Deliver monthly performance analysis covering P&L, inventory, production costs, and key operational KPIs (e.g., utilization, yield, cost per unit), providing clear variance insights and corrective actions.
• Partner with plant operations, supply chain, and global finance teams (GWS & GPG) to drive cost efficiency, productivity improvement, and resource optimization aligned with business strategy.

Payroll Governance & Accounting

• Oversee end-to-end payroll governance for plant and office employees in collaboration with HR and external vendors, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with Taiwan labor regulations, tax, and social insurance requirements, including shift schedules, overtime, and labor-related provisions.
• Manage payroll accounting, including accruals, journal entries, and reconciliations, ensuring alignment with SAP GL; support audits and statutory reporting.

Financial Operations, Controls & Reporting

• Lead month-end close processes with a focus on manufacturing accounting, including inventory valuation, standard costing, variance analysis, intercompany transactions, and cost allocations in SAP FI/CO.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure SOX compliance (if applicable), particularly around inventory, procurement, and production processes.
• Collaborate with tax, treasury, compliance, and shared services teams to ensure regulatory compliance, optimize cash flow, and improve working capital (inventory, AR/AP) management.

Project & Controller Support

• Support the Controller in driving finance-related transformation and operational improvement projects across manufacturing sites.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives (e.g., cost reduction, process automation, system enhancements) to enhance operational efficiency and financial visibility.
