Responsibilities

Execute the local marketing plan in alignment with global strategy.

Analyze brand and competitor performance to identify opportunities.

Manage the product portfolio and support new product launches.

Develop ATL/BTL activations focused on ROI.

Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Category Management, and agencies.
-
Coordinate with international teams to secure availability and launches.
-
Manage the A&P budget and key KPIs.
Profile
-
Master’s degree in marketing/business and 3–5 years of experience in FMCG.
-
Strong analytical skills and experience with panel data.
-
Fluent English, highly organized, proactive, and collaborative.
