【Global IC Testing Solutions Company】Sr. Simulation Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Senior Simulation Engineer to join a global engineering team focusing on high-speed PCB design and signal/power integrity simulation for IC testing platforms.
This role will work closely with customers and internal PCB design teams to ensure high-performance hardware design for IC ATE device testing applications, including probe cards and load boards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical consultation to customers on hardware design requirements for IC ATE device testing platforms, including probe cards, load boards, and related PCB systems.
- Perform PI/SI simulation and analysis for high-speed digital signals, RF circuits, and high-current power distribution networks in PCB designs.
- Collaborate with PCB design engineers and customers to identify and resolve signal integrity and power integrity issues.
- Manage simulation schedules and project milestones, ensuring customers are regularly updated on project progress and simulation results.
- Work closely with customers to collect and clarify design requirements, ensuring sufficient information is available before initiating simulation and design projects.
- Support engineering teams in optimizing PCB routing, impedance control, and high-speed signal performance.
Required Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of electronics engineering and signal/power integrity routing techniques.
- Hands-on experience with ANSYS PI/SI simulation tools and the ability to optimize signal integrity performance in PCB designs.
- Experience with additional simulation tools such as Cadence Sigrity is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of IC design flow and package-level PI/SI analysis is advantageous.
- Strong English and Mandarin communication skills, with the ability to conduct technical discussions with global customers, suppliers, and engineering teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced engineering environments with evolving technical challenges.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
