Head of Project Manager (Construction)

Your Responsibilities
As the Head of Project Management, you will lead and oversee complex construction projects within the retail sector. You will be responsible for:

• Developing and managing project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Leading and mentoring a team of project managers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
• Overseeing the planning and implementation of construction projects, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Reporting project progress and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders, using metrics to drive decision-making and strategic planning.

Your Profile
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with the following qualifications and experiences:

• A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field. 
• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English 
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects in the retail sector, demonstrating a deep understanding of retail operations and objectives.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results and driving continuous improvement.
