MAKING SUCCESS STORIES HAPPEN

Are you an experienced Reward specialist ready to step into your first Head of Reward role? This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of both BAU reward delivery and high‑impact transformation projects within a large, national multi‑site business.

Reporting to a highly supportive Reward Director, you’ll join a collaborative and fast‑paced team with direct exposure to the Executive Committee and RemCo. While the role has no direct line management, you’ll have a sizeable team to lean on for delivery, insight and operational support. That said, this is a very flat structure and you'll be expected to run your own reports and do your own analysis as required too.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading all BAU reward activity across a complex, multi‑site UK operation
  • Driving major transformation programmes, including:
    • Sales incentive redesign
    • Job architecture and evaluation frameworks
    • Equity and long‑term incentive scheme projects
  • Acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, influencing at pace and with credibility
  • Preparing high‑quality papers, insights and recommendations for Exec and RemCo
  • Ensuring reward governance, data, and processes remain robust, scalable and commercially aligned
  • Embedding continuous improvement across reward operations, analytics and frameworks

What we’re looking for

  • A Reward Manager or Senior Reward Manager ready for a new challenge
  • Strong experience across compensation, incentives, and organisational design/architecture
  • Someone equally comfortable operating strategically and rolling up their sleeves to deliver
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage senior leaders
  • A proactive, resilient operator who thrives in a busy, evolving environment
  • Ability to work on-site at least 3 days per week

Why this role?

  • A genuine step‑up opportunity with room to grow and shape the reward agenda
  • A supportive and empowering Reward Director
  • Involvement in organisation‑wide programmes with meaningful commercial impact
  • A collaborative team culture with strong visibility across the business

If you’re looking to make a difference, broaden your remit and accelerate your career in a dynamic organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
