Managing Director - Facility Management

Your Responsibilities
As the Managing Director of Facility Management, you will spearhead our strategic vision while ensuring operational excellence across all service lines. You will lead and manage a talented team of over 1,000 professionals, driving performance and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing business strategies to achieve revenue targets exceeding THB 1 billion.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations while optimizing service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Establishing and maintaining key relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations while implementing best practices in facility management.
• Identifying opportunities for growth, driving market expansion, and enhancing service offerings.
• Leading talent development initiatives to build a high-performing and motivated workforce.
• Monitoring financial performance, preparing budgets, and implementing cost-control measures to ensure profitability.

Your Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of experience in the facility management sector, particularly within the engineering industry. You will have a proven track record of successfully managing large teams and achieving significant revenue growth. Your profile should include:

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in facility management, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of facility management best practices, operational metrics, and financial acumen.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a large workforce.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A relevant degree in engineering, business management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
