Production Manager (Special Tool)

Your responsibilities:

As a Production Manager specializing in special tools, you will be at the forefront of our manufacturing operations. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing production processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Managing a team of skilled operators and technicians, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Developing and implementing production schedules and resource plans to optimize efficiency.
• Ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards throughout the production process.
• Collaborating with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to resolve production issues and enhance workflow.
• Analyzing production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing relevant strategies.
• Leading continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Training and mentoring staff to enhance technical skills and production capabilities.

Your profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in production management, specifically within the special tools sector. Your profile should reflect the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management within the manufacturing industry, with a focus on special tools or precision manufacturing.
• Experiences in CNC Machine, special solid carbide tools, including PCD and CBN tools. 
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate teams and drive performance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Thorough knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
