We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead high-impact RPO projects, working directly with clients and business teams. This is not just about filling roles, but about building talent solutions, providing market insight, and delivering end-to-end execution in complex and transforming environments.
This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on execution, technical leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, including Employer Branding initiatives.
- Lead RPO projects, acting as the Talent Acquisition reference point for the client.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid- and high-complexity roles requiring global search.
- Participate in Assessment Centers and group dynamics.
- Act as a strategic partner to HR and business stakeholders, understanding priorities, challenges, and context.
- Design and implement talent attraction strategies, pipelines, and market-driven solutions.
- Actively collaborate on Employer Branding projects, contributing market insight, candidate messaging, and alignment with the real recruitment experience.
- Work closely with communication, marketing, and employer brand teams to ensure consistency between the EVP, messaging, and market reality.
- Provide market intelligence: talent availability, salary benchmarking, and competitive positioning.
- Ensure an excellent, brand-aligned candidate experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (HR, compensation, technology).
- Participate in Talent Acquisition transformation and change initiatives.
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within RPO, consulting, or complex in-house environments.
- Experience in project coordination.
- Strong execution capability, autonomy, and results-oriented mindset.
- Proven experience managing senior stakeholders (HR, business, leadership).
- Deep knowledge of the labour market, recruitment processes, and ATS tools.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, highly innovative environments.
- Professional fluency in English (C1–C2) and Spanish. Additional languages will be valued.
