Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to oversee sales operations across Australia, New Zealand, Korea, and Japan. This role is vital for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and expanding market presence in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for the agriculture or animal nutrition industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy Development:
  Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance market share in the specified regions.

• Market Analysis:
  Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges, using insights to inform strategic decisions.

• Client Relationship Management:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Team Leadership:
  Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Performance Monitoring:
  Track and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing reports and forecasts to assess progress and identify areas for enhancement.

• Collaboration:
  Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and customer needs.

• Training and Development:
  Provide training and support to the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends.

Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.

• Experience:
  5+ years of sales experience in the agriculture, animal nutrition, or related industries, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Communication Skills:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably one or more of the local languages (Korean, Japanese) to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Analytical Skills:
  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret market data and develop strategic insights.

• Travel Requirements:
  Willingness to travel within the designated regions to meet clients and attend industry events.

• Technical Proficiency:
  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with strong data analysis capabilities.
