Key Responsibilities

• Regulatory Strategy Development:
  Develop and implement regulatory strategies that align with regional business objectives and facilitate the timely approval of products.

• Compliance Oversight:
  Ensure all products comply with local and regional regulations, standards, and guidelines related to safety, labeling, and claims.

• Team Leadership:
  Lead and mentor a team of regulatory affairs professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Work collaboratively with various internal teams, including R&D, marketing, and legal, to support product development and marketing strategies.

• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities and industry associations to facilitate communication and advocacy.

• Risk Management:
  Identify regulatory risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring proactive management of potential compliance issues.

• Training and Development:
  Provide training and guidance on regulatory requirements and best practices to internal stakeholders and teams.

Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.

• Experience:
  10+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, with a proven track record of managing regulatory submissions and approvals for consumer products or food categories.

• Regulatory Knowledge:
  In-depth understanding of APAC regulatory frameworks and requirements, including relevant safety and compliance standards.

• Communication Skills:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively convey complex regulatory information to diverse stakeholders.

• Leadership Skills:
  Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in managing teams and driving regulatory initiatives across multiple markets.
