Key Responsibilities

• Project Management:
  Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and timelines.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business units and IT departments, to gather requirements and ensure that solutions meet organizational needs.

• Solution Design:
  Assist in the design and implementation of IT solutions, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and user experience.

• Quality Assurance:
  Ensure the quality and functionality of IT solutions through rigorous testing and validation processes before deployment.

• Change Management:
  Support change management initiatives by communicating project statuses, gathering feedback, and facilitating training sessions for end-users.

• Continuous Improvement:
  Identify opportunities for process improvements within IT solution delivery, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Reporting:
  Prepare project status reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key progress metrics and challenges.

Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) are preferred.

• Experience:
  3-5 years of experience in IT project management, solution delivery, or a related role within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

• Technical Skills:
  Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development life cycle (SDLC).

• Communication Skills:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving Skills:
  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
