Support continuous business growth by ensuring all customer orders are processed and delivered on time and in full.

Provide excellent service to external customers by closely collaborating with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, Credit Control, and regional Customer Service functions.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, improve service levels, and contribute to long-term sales growth.

Act as the key supply chain contact for the commercial team, consolidating and representing the voice of supply chain within the organization.

Forecast customer demand and create supply plans to support promotions, product launches, and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities

Order Management: Oversee order processing, approval, confirmation, and delivery tracking. Ensure accuracy in system entries, timely invoicing, and proper credit/debit note handling.

Customer Experience: Review and enhance customer-handling procedures to strengthen satisfaction and service consistency.

Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation projects to increase operational efficiency and achieve key supply chain KPIs.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with commercial, logistics, and finance teams to align business priorities and resolve issues effectively.

S&OP Participation: Support the Sales & Operations Planning process through data analysis, performance tracking, and presentation preparation.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or order management within a multinational environment; FMCG experience preferred.

Strong ERP knowledge (SAP experience preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Strong customer service orientation and business acumen.

Proven ability to manage projects independently and collaborate effectively across teams.

Experience working with warehouse or logistics operations is an advantage.
Language Requirements

Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal).
Preferred Experience

Prior experience in large multinational or FMCG companies focusing on customer supply chain or demand planning.

Expertise in SAP and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo, streamline workflows, and drive process improvements.
